Having had a brilliant experience with Gem Runner in the summer, our family of three was all fired up for the experience, and we certainly not disappointed. As always the staff there were brilliant, our game host was Mike, who adjusted the experience to suit our preferences (i.e. not scary!). We really enjoyed the different types of puzzles in this escape room and were buzzing for the rest of the day when we escaped with just 14 seconds to spare. The best escape rooms and staff we’ve visited!”
