About Lucardo Gift Vouchers
Purchasing a Lucardo gift voucher is simple: just select the voucher with amount you wish to gift, complete the booking summary and then the purchaser will be emailed a gift voucher number, containing a unique, one time code. This voucher can then be printed and popped into a card if you wish to do so. The unique code, when gifted, can be used against all of our games on any day and at any time (subject to availability).
How to Redeem
To redeem, the receiver can just select the centre, game of choice, the day, time and quantity of people. At the till, fill in the voucher number and press "redeem". Want to bring more players? That's fine, the voucher value will just be deducted from the total value (subject to minimum and maximum player amounts per game). Alternatively, the receiver can ring us on 01706 551 600 where a member of staff will process the booking.
