Top 5 Reasons We Can’t Wait for Our New Christmas Escape Room!

Claus for Concern – our brand-new, Christmas-themed escape room – will be opening at Lucardo in just a matter of weeks!

As you can expect, we are all so excited for this festive experience to arrive in our fantastic town. Join us in the countdown, and keep reading to check out our top five reasons why we just can’t wait for the room to open below…

1. We’ve never had a Christmas room before!

Move over our magical, historical, mystery, and spy-themed escape rooms, as the elves have well and truly settled in! That’s right, Claus for Concern will be the first ever Christmas-themed room to open at Lucardo Rawtenstall, and we’re all very excited for all the glitter, tinsel, ribbons, and festive cheer to arrive at our premises.

2. It’ll have a wider age bracket!

Claus for Concern has been specifically designed to allow players of all ages – including kids from as young as seven years old! Making the perfect day out for all the family, this room will have a range of puzzles to suit everyone. That means easy ones for the kids, trickier ones for the older enthusiasts, and festive fun for all!

3. It’s a collection room!

If you’re an escape room afficionado, you’ll no doubt have come across collection rooms before. As well as the main escape story within the room, players will also have a separate mission: to collect as many scattered Christmas letters as they can before the time runs out. This adds a fantastic competitive element to the escape room, as you’ll be really challenging yourselves to complete as much of the mission as you can!

4. There are lots of wonderful surprises in store!

We cannot wait for our players to see some of the amazing puzzles we’re cooking up, not to mention the magical array of merry props, decorations, and characters to meet along the way! We take the design of our rooms very seriously here at Lucardo, so you know you’re in for a whole bout of winter wonder with us.

5. It’s joining the wonderful array of festive activities in Rawtenstall and the surrounding areas this Christmas!

There are so many fun, festive, and family-friendly things to do in Rossendale at Christmas, and we’re excited to be joining the line-up. From shopping at local craft markets, adventuring at Ski Rossendale, to meeting Santa himself down at The Firepit, Rawtenstall sure will be a magical place to visit this Christmas season.
