Meet the Lucardo Manchester centre manager Jack

We got up close and personal with Jack, to find out what it is like to manage Lucardo Manchester.
Lucardo has appointed a brand new centre manager, Jack. We asked him a bit more about himself:
I've been at Lucardo Manchester 2 years now since it's opening. I started as a Games Operator/tea boy when myself and the directors used to run the centre between the 3 of us, fueled by nothing but Deliveroo's and a passion for Escape Rooms. I worked myself up to Assistant Manager after about 6 months and then took the Centre Manager job a couple of months ago.
We have a very close team here and I think this shows through the customer service. There is a constant buzz that runs through the centre and this can be very infectious for everyone who visits. Our staff are always very keen to get involved with the designing of puzzles and games rooms and incorporate their own skills into pushing the business forward. As a musician outside of Lucardo, I have put my skills to use in the creation of room soundtracks, adding that extra detail to the rooms that helps bring the games to life.
I am a keen gig goer outside of work which is great for the location of Lucardo Manchester in the heart of The Northern Quarter and Ancoats. It's great to be near venues such as The Castle Hotel and Band on The Wall where you can catch the latest upcoming band and then stick around for a pint in one of the many local bars.
My favourite moment at Lucardo has to be the opening of our highly acclaimed University of Magic room, or the last Christmas staff do where we hired a Karaoke booth and sang and played pool until the early hours.
I believe in offering that personal touch, so if you ever need me just email : [email protected].
