Lucardo Rawtenstall celebrates being the UK’s #1 Escape Room

Hopefully you’ll have noticed that Lucardo Rawtenstall Escape Rooms has been in the news and on the radio a lot recently. To celebrate our #1 status, we’ve conducted a roundup of all of the amazing articles and comments from people who have visited our centre.
Escape the Roomz, a well-known authority for escape rooms throughout Europe, compiled a list of the top 100 escape rooms in the world based upon customer satisfaction ratings. Lucardo Rawtenstall ranked #6 in the world and #1 in the whole of the UK, so far having in excess of 1000 5* reviews across Facebook, Google and TripAdvsior. It is in fact one of the most reviewed things to do in all of Lancashire!
It’s taken a little over 12 months to take Lucardo Rawtenstall from the ground to become the best escape room in the UK, and with this kind of success, it didn’t take long for the newspapers to get a hold of the story.

Franchise Director Simon Milnes was in hot demand for interviews – one in which he commented: “We are ecstatic; it’s better than we ever imagined. We already knew that Lucardo was a five-star brand. The staff are brilliant in terms of having a five-star smile. We care about our customers and how they feel and we have the time to talk afterwards pre and post-room. Yes we don't have the sun, we have the rain but it’s an indoor activity which we seem to be smashing.”
In addition, the BBC soon joined the hype – they played the University of Magic: Dragon’s Heart game and conducted a one-on-one interview with Simon.
