Lucardo operates a news and special offers section on the website, this is where customers can subscribe to receive information and updates regarding Lucardo's products, services and general emails.
CCTV/Surveillance
We have installed CCTV systems in some of our premises used by members of the public, for the purposes of public and staff safety and crime prevention and detection.
Images captured by CCTV will not be kept for longer than 30 days. However, on occasions there may be a need to keep images for longer, for example where a crime is being investigated.
You have the right to see CCTV images of yourself and be provided with a copy of the images. These images must not however be disclosed to anyone without the express consent of Lucardo Limited.
The aim of the CCTV technology is to:
- Promote the safety of the staff and members of the Public.
- Reduce the potential number of confrontational situations experienced by Staff.
- Reduce potential escalation of health and safety incidents.
- Augment opportunities for evidence capture.
We will only disclose images and audio to other authorised bodies who intend to use it for the purposes stated above. Images and audio will not be released to the media for entertainment purposes or placed on the internet for public viewing without express written consent.
Note that team photos taken at the end of the game are not covered under this policy.
We operate CCTV and disclose in accordance with the codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner.
Team Photos
At the end of the game, we like to take a victory photo to celebrate your success. This photo is posted on social media for you to like, share and tag yourselves in. We never sell these images or pass them onto any other third parties.
We take team images under “legitimate interest” of GDPR, so this isn’t covered in our normal Privacy Policy. Out of courtesy always ask for your verbal permission out of courtesy prior to taking and posting.

Security of information
Lucardo Limited takes measures to protect your data when entered on our website or when stored on our portal system (back of house control center used to manage bookings).
These measures are to prevent or stop the unauthorized, unlawful or accidental deletion or changes which are made to the system.
Access is given to the minimal level for staff to actively perform in their roles. Access is Geographically limited with username and password access needed to view data. Data is stored in cloud server and is backed up to a secure location to ensure disaster recovery procedures are adhered too.
Lucardo limited as a domain uses SSL Software (SSL) to encrypt any data transfers which are made through our domain/website.
Information Regarding Third Parties (3rd Parties)
We do not receive data direct from third parties, but our website may be a link on another contact form from sources like social media.
This is done so Lucardo limited can provide the service of the Advert or Website from which the link was clicked on.
Lucardo Limited does not use or obtain data subject records from third parties. Lucardo limited uses its own direct marketing through forms of social media, PPC (such as Google) and radio advertisement on several radio stations and may group your data with other franchises for this marketing as part of a global marketing strategy.
We do not sell, trade or transfer data to outside parties (third parties) other than franchises and advertising platforms such as mail chimp, send grid, Facebook, twitter and Instagram which are all used for the purpose of advertising.
