The Flexi Ticket is an optional, chargeable addition to an escape game booking that provides limited rescheduling rights for a live escape-room experience.

By purchasing a Flexi Ticket, the customer agrees to the following terms, which operate alongside our standard Terms & Conditions.

1. Purchase Requirements

1.1 The Flexi Ticket must be purchased at the same time as the escape-room booking. It cannot be purchased retrospectively or added to an existing booking.

1.2 The Flexi Ticket fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it is a separate digital product that is fully supplied at the time of purchase.

1.3 The Flexi Ticket applies per booking and is not transferable between bookings, customers, or dates.

1.4 The flexi Ticket cost is a flat fee and is charged per game booking.

1.5 When a Flexi Ticket is purchased it is linked to single game booking.

1.6 The FlexiTicket must be purchased at the full cost. Discounts, cannot and will not apply to the amount charged for a FlexiTicket.

2. What the Flexi Ticket Provides

2.1 The Flexi Ticket allows the customer to request one (1) change to the date and/or time of their booking or one (1) convert to voucher.

2.2 Any rescheduling or convert to voucher requests must be received and confirmed with the venue, no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

2.3 Rescheduling is subject to availability. The venue is under no obligation to offer specific dates, times, or peak-time slots.

2.4 If the customer chooses a new date, game or voucher with a higher price, the customer must pay the difference. No refund or credit is given if the replacement slot or voucher is of lower value.

2.5 Convert to voucher is subject to availability. The venue is under no obligation to offer vouchers that are currently discounted

2.6 A Reschedule can only be rescheduled within 60 days of the original game booking date

3. Limitations of the Flexi Ticket

3.1 The Flexi Ticket does not entitle the customer to a refund for any reason, including (but not limited to) illness, travel disruption, conflicting commitments, weather, or personal circumstances.

3.2 The Flexi Ticket does not cover:

• failure to attend (no-shows)

• late arrival preventing participation

• requests made after the permitted notice period

• partial attendance or reduced group size

3.3 The Flexi Ticket is not an insurance product and must not be treated as such.

3.4 If the customer fails to attend their booking for any reason without prior reschedule, the booking and the Flexi Ticket are both forfeited.

3.5 The Flexi Ticket does not cover the Flexi Ticket itself.

3.6 The Flexi Ticket is not transferable to a rescheduled or convert to voucher booking. In either of these instances a new Flexi Ticket will need to be purchased.

4. How to Redeem the Flexi Ticket

4.1 Any Flexi Ticket reschedule or convert to voucher requests, must be submitted via the venue’s official booking system or customer support channels.

4.2 A reschedule or convert to voucher, is not confirmed until the venue issues written confirmation by way of a new booking confirmation email or voucher. Pending requests do not guarantee the reservation will be moved or converted.

4.3 Only one reschedule or one convert to voucher is permitted per Flexi Ticket. Once either a reschedule or convert to voucher has been confirmed by a venue standard terms will then apply. Any further changes may be refused or subject to normal rebooking fees or full rebooking under the venues terms and conditions.

5. Venue-Initiated Changes or Cancellations

5.1 In the rare event that the venue must cancel or reschedule a game (e.g., operational issues, safety reasons), the customer is entitled to either:

• transfer to a new date and time, or

• receive a refund for the escape-room booking value paid.

5.2 The Flexi Ticket fee remains non-refundable, as the add-on is fully supplied at the time of purchase and is not contingent upon the delivery of the game itself.

5.3 This policy is compliant with UK consumer-law exemptions relating to leisure services for a specific date and time, which are not subject to the standard 14-day cancellation rights.

6. Fair Use & Misuse

6.1 Any attempt to misuse or circumvent these rules (including repeated requests to reschedule or transfer the benefit to another booking) may result in refusal of the Flexi Ticket request and the cancellation of the game booking.

6.2 The venue reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Flexi Ticket product at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to existing bookings.

6.3 Flexi Tickets cannot be transferred between customers, games or players
